Where does all the time go, if anyone knows please let us know.

The May meeting will be on the 15 of this month. We will be having a safety moment by Fred Bond; Bill Bryan will be showing you how to turn a thin goblet, and Bo Flanders will show how to make a small hollowing tool.

June we will have another sawdust session, segmented turning, hollow forms, and tool sharpening.

July we will have our July BBQ bring your covered dish and the Mrs. We will have a S&T just for them so bring some of your turnings that you want to show off.

Remember to practice good safety procedures in your shop. Keep the clutter down and all your hazards out of the way. You never know what may happen.

Some of the members may want to participate in our mentoring program. We have several turners that have volunteered to help you with your problems, all you have to do is contact them and set up a time and place.

The mentors are Fred Bond, 484-3069, Bill Bryan 476-5220, Jack Diamond 476-3314, Al McCoy 434-1687, and George McClure 937-0868. If you would like to be a mentor please let us know.
