A "Board Foot" size/weight will be
determined when the wood is delivered subtracting waste or shortages
Wood will be separated at the discretion of the
Purchasing Committee
A 10% Club Premium will be collected for
expenses/shortages. All excess funds will be deposited into the General
Club Fund. Think this is too much, not enough, let me know?
All
payments will be required before wood is ordered.
Must be a active member to purchase wood.
Possible Method of Division
The wood will be divided into an equal number of bundles. When the
wood is split up each member will draw tickets for the number of bundles
the that member is entitled to. The ticket number will determine the
order that they pick their bundles.
Example:
3000 dollars worth of wood is purchased. The minimum purchase is
$100. The wood will be divided into 30 "equal"
bundles. James buys $200 worth of wood, Danny buys a $100 and Jim
buys $600. James gets 2 tickets, Danny gets 1 and Jim gets
6. The numbers on their tickets determines the order of that they
pick their bundles.

I need 1 or 2 volunteers to help with the
division of the wood, collection of the money, transportation from delivery
point (my work) to where we will split it. (The Club?)
